Fred Netterville Lumber Company started in the small community of Buffalo, MS (8 miles north of Woodville) in 1952.
After graduating from the University of Mississippi, Fred Netterville came back home and purchased his fathers small country sawmill and started Fred Netterville Lumber Company.
Through the tough times and the prosperous times, Netterville transformed the mill into a successful and steadily growing company.
In 1980, Fred's son Charlie joined the team at Netterville Lumber. The father-son combo proved to be a very successful business force, and helped grow Netterville Lumber into it's current success. In 2000, Fred was killed in a tragic horse back riding accident. Charlie took the reigns of the company and has proven to be very successful in doing so.
Charlie's two sons, Matthew and Seth, represent the third generation of sawmilling experience, and plan to help their father carry on the Fred Netterville Lumber tradition of excellence into the future.
Offering a wide range of species including Red & White Oak, Ash, Poplar, and Cypress - We are pleased to extend our services throughout the Gulf Coast region and the continental United States. We do a lot of business throughout the Southeastern States.
